Do the pastes contain gluten?

How long do the curry pastes keep?

Unopened, the curry pastes keep for at least 12 months at room temperature. After opening, store the pouch in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

Should I fry the paste first?

One 150g pouch is enough for a meal for 4 people, combined with 1 kg of meat, fish or vegetables.
