About this paste
Slow-cooked onion, tomato and ginger with a hand-roasted Kerala spice blend — coriander, cumin and curry leaves. Rich, savoury and deeply aromatic. Built for chicken, but beautiful with vegetables, paneer, chickpeas or eggs.
Ingredients
Onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, roasted coriander, cumin, curry leaves, black pepper, coconut oil, mustard, turmeric.
Allergens
Contains: mustard (EU-recognised allergen). Free from: gluten, nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy. Prepared in a kitchen that also processes mustard.

Preparation
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the full pouch of basha. curry paste (150g). Cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add 1 kg meat, fish or vegetables. Stir well.
- Optionally add 100–200 ml coconut milk.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes. Done.
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes. Serves 4.
Shelf life
Unopened: minimum 12 months at room temperature. After opening: refrigerate and use within 2 weeks.
